Engineered mechanical equipment system is customized for each tower. System is pre-assembled with lifting lugs installed prior to shipment. System is ready for hoisting and installation upon delivery.
Superior Crossflow Fill Media
The 15 mil (after forming) thick crossflow fill pack uses a herringbone surface design that is engineered to distribute water evenly over the entire fill area for high thermal performance. The fill packs have honeycomb-bonded edges on the air inlets and outlets. Interlocking offsets serve to space the sheets and form strong bonded stable packs. Crossflow fill is bottom-supported on FRP support members, eliminating the problems associated with hanging fills.
